A hidden bar behind an unmarked door, pouring prohibition-era cocktails and hosting live jazz seven nights a week.
The Velvet Room opened behind a working laundromat in 2015, when owner and former bartender Etta Marchetti wanted to build the kind of bar that rewarded curiosity β no sign, no listed number, just a door that opens if you know to knock.
Inside, our bartenders build every cocktail from house-made syrups, hand-cut ice, and spirits sourced from small distilleries. The jazz trio plays until close.
Every detail crafted for an unforgettable night.
A rotating jazz trio plays from 8 PM until close, seven nights a week.
Our bar team trains for a full year before touching a shaker on the floor.
Velvet curtain booths for six to ten guests, tucked away from the main room.
