Scoop & Swirl Creamery started in 2016 as a single push-cart at the summer farmers market, run by sisters Bea and Nora Callahan. Their brown butter pecan flavor sold out every single weekend โ so they opened a shop.
Today every flavor is still churned in small batches using local dairy, real fruit, and absolutely zero shortcuts. If it tastes like a shortcut, we haven't made it yet.
