Butter & Bloom began in Nora Callahan's home kitchen, where she baked birthday cakes for neighbors on weekends. What started as a hobby turned into a storefront in 2016, built around the same values: real butter, real ingredients, and real care in every bake.
Today our small team still mixes dough by hand and pipes every cake to order, because we believe the best treats come from people, not machines.
