Our Story
Born on the Block
Rolling Bites started in the parking lot of a tire shop in Little Havana with a borrowed grill and $200. What began as a weekend hustle became Miami's most sought-after food truck — not through marketing, but through word of mouth and flavor.
Founders Luis and Carmen built the menu on family recipes, Miami culture, and the conviction that great street food should be affordable, honest, and unforgettable.
We still park in that same tire shop lot every Friday night. Come find us.
